If you or any of your relatives, friends, or loved ones have used the services of the Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) for the purpose of receiving the Emergency Repair Program (ERP), then please pay attention to this. The Community Programs Division (CPD) of the Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) intimidates elderly Tennessee citizens with threats of violence and other coercive methods if these impoverished elderly citizens do not comply with the demands of the CPD. Besides this, the CPD engages in myriad questionable practices that need to be uncloaked. I have been a newspaper reporter since the 1990s along with being a professor at the University of Tennessee. There is a dog on York highway who is emaciated and on the brink of death. His Crack head owner called him Paco. After months of seeing him in this state, we found him by the fairview fire department, took him home, fed him, housed him. We had him about 3 days when he wondered away from us and when I was walking him back, the Mercedes pictured skid to a halt, the woman in the photo hopped out and started yelling that I stole her dog. After some rude words were exchained, she snatched the dog away from me, took the collar off of him, and threw paco in her vehicle while a male laughed in the driver seat, all while I spoke with a 911 dispatcher. It turns out they are known meth heads, they drive the silver Mercedes pictured and the tags on said Mercedes came back as belonging to a 2011 chevy Silverado when I ran them online on 3 different websites (no names given). The police simply told the so called owners (who have already been to court for animal neglect over Paco) that if they didn't feed him then they would come take him away. Paco's story is still ongoing.

There are drug dealers in Armani suits, they drive fancy cars, fly in private jets, take lavish vacations, not much being done about them either. Big Pharma, corporate drug dealers... Shoot, she isn't sitting in the lap of luxury, she's just getting by.

There are drug dealers that are flaunting their wealth buying large things left and right and no one is doing anything. It’s so obvious. Why is the police doing nothing about it. I mean there is one place right on the main highway and drive way is always full of drug addicts. They even do her yard work for her for drugs. She sits it the lap of luxury destroying people’s lives and repeating the benefits. I know I’m not the only one that sees it. How can you not have a job and go buy property a double wide cars left and right and motorcycles left and right and no one does anything about it.
